Battle of Endor

I love the space battle of Endor. I drew this in 2003, partly inspired by the Rogue Leader videogame, and then in 2004 I used Photoshop in an experiment to add the black space and other elements to it. I painstakingly cropped all the white background, adjusted the image in some areas to make the shadows darker, and the stars come from a scan of a file separator from the Star Wars Fact Files in which I removed all the lines criss-crossing it. The original plan included substituting the lasers and engine glows with a different program, but after a few non-satisfactory tests abandoned it as is. That explains the absence of laser bolts in the final image, and what happened to the engine glow on the B-wing and X-wing.
